Hurricane Job
This is a priority job, We will drop everything for you. The technician to fix ASAP, within an 8 hour period.
Onsite job
The technician will arrive onsite and within the first 15 minutes diagnose your problem and advise if can be repaired within the one hour timeframe. If the technician knows by experience that it will take longer then 2 hours, he / she will offer you the option of converting the repair to a "back to workshop price" for a set labour fee.
